Conclusion of the Training Course at the 3W Business Incubator to Enhance Students' Entrepreneurial Mindset

The training session regarding the provisions of Ministerial Decree 12/75 (as amended and supplemented) and the incubation pathway for entrepreneurial projects concluded at the 3WIN Business Incubator on November 29, 2025.
The session saw active participation from students registered with the incubator for the 2025/2026 academic season. Dr. Derfouf Mohamed Amine, Director of the Business Incubator, addressed several core pillars designed to foster an entrepreneurial mindset and support students in transforming their ideas into innovative projects, most notably:
- Understanding Decree 12/75 and the new regulatory frameworks.
- Mechanisms of the University Incubation System for project integration.
- Steps to Realize Entrepreneurial Ideas and transition toward viable projects.
- The Methodological Framework for developing innovative ideas within the university.
This session served as a vital opportunity for students to enhance their ability to formulate projects with a professional vision and to explore practical pathways into the world of entrepreneurship within the university ecosystem.
